Return & Exchange Policy
Any claims regarding printing errors/damage/defective goods must be filed within 30 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims verified as our fault will be handled at our expense.
If you or your customer discover any other issues with the product or order, please submit a problem report.
You will be automatically notified by email upon receiving returned goods from our warehouse. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you do not use our warehouse as the return address, you will be responsible for all returned goods received.
Incorrect Address – If the address provided by you or your end customer is deemed invalid by the courier company, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Once we confirm the updated address with you (if applicable), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Unclaimed – Unclaimed goods will be returned to our warehouse, and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).
Any orders returned due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed goods will not be reshipped, and the cost will be donated to charity at your expense (no refund).
Returns of sealed items are not accepted, such as, but not limited to, face masks, as these items are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders containing face masks will not be reshipped and will be destroyed.
Customer Returns – We recommend that you inform the end customer to contact you before returning the item. Except for customers in Brazil, we do not accept refund requests due to buyer’s change of heart. Returns of products, face masks, and size exchanges are at your own expense and at our discretion. If you choose to accept a return or provide a size exchange service to the end customer, you will need to reorder face masks or other products in a different size at your own expense. Customers residing in Brazil who regret their purchase must contact our customer service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the goods, stating their intention to return the item and providing photos of the product. We will evaluate return requests to verify whether the product has been used or damaged (even partially). In these cases, we will not be able to issue a refund.
